FAQ

Massage marketing, answered

The questions massage therapists, clinic owners and spa managers ask us most, answered plainly. If yours is not here, book a discovery call and ask us directly.

Results

What results can I expect?

How many new massage clients will I get?

Our average client gains 25 new massage clients per month. Results depend on your market, capacity and services, which is why every plan starts with a free growth assessment. Real numbers from real practices are on the reviews page.

How fast do results come?

Most campaigns launch within days of the discovery call. Several clients saw a full calendar in weeks, and RMT Annie in Toronto booked 20 new clients in her first five days.

What kind of clients do you bring in?

High-value clients who are a fit for your practice. We deter leads who are not a good fit and run a safety check on every single lead we book.

Does this work outside big cities?

Yes. Spruce Grove, Sherwood Park, Great Falls and Rapid City are all on our reviews page. Smaller markets often mean less competition for the same searches.

Pricing & guarantee

How does pricing work?

How pricing works →

How much does it cost?

We do not publish a rate card, because every plan is custom to your growth goals, market and therapist count. Book a call and we will give you a real number for your practice. Our average client realizes an 8:1 return on marketing budget.

How does the guarantee work?

More massage clients, or you do not pay. We cover the advertising costs, so the campaign is cash-flow positive for your practice from the start, and our fee is tied to clients showing up.

Who pays for the ad spend?

We do. Covering advertising costs is part of how we work, so you are never guessing at a budget or paying for clicks that do not become appointments.

Is there a long contract?

We work as a partner, and the terms are set out clearly before you start. Ask on the discovery call and we will walk you through exactly how it works.

How it works

What does working with you look like?

What do you actually do for me?

Market assessment, ad creation and launch, live appointment setting during business hours, lead vetting and safety screening, booking into your calendar, confirmations and rescheduling, remarketing to build regulars, and revenue and lifetime-value reporting. The full list is on the Who We Help page.

Who answers my leads?

Our in-house appointment experts, including Henry, Sheryl and John, respond within five seconds during your business hours. Kate runs quality control on every booking.

Do I need to be on social media or make videos?

No. We create the ad content. If you want to be in your ads, we can use your photos and story, and clients who do tend to convert well, but it is not required.

Will I have to manage anything?

No. You keep treating clients. We run the campaigns and the booking, and you have 24/7 access to our team.

How do I see what is working?

You get reporting on booked clients, revenue, rebooking rate and lifetime value, not impressions and likes.

Software & logistics

Will this work with my setup?

Which booking software do you work with?

Jane, Noterro, Mindbody, Vagaro, Square Appointments, ClinicSense, Booker and most others. We book directly into your existing calendar.

Do I need a new website?

No. Most clients start with lead generation and booking using their existing site. We build landing pages for campaigns, and a full site later if it makes sense.

Do you work with direct billing?

Yes, and we feature it prominently, because direct billing is one of the strongest reasons a client chooses one RMT over another.

What do you need from me to start?

A discovery call, access to your booking calendar, and your availability. Most of the setup is on our side.

US & Canada

Where do you work?

Do you work with LMTs in the US and RMTs in Canada?

Yes. We are based in Edmonton, Alberta, and have clients in more than ten US states and across Canada, from New York to Hawaii.

Are there advertising rules for massage therapists?

Yes. Canadian provincial colleges and US state boards each have rules, and Google and Meta have their own massage policies. We write compliant campaigns and keep up with changes so you do not have to.

Do you work with spas and wellness centers, or only massage clinics?

Massage spas, massage therapy clinics, wellness centers, luxury massage retreats and small practices with one to five therapists. Massage is always the front door.

Still have a question?

Ask it on a free discovery call. You will also get a massage clinic growth assessment for your market.
